Glitter, Gold and Bokeh Blog Design

I've worked with Ali on several projects before but when she mentioned wanting a new blog design, I knew it would be the biggest one we'd done yet! Being that her blog is all about mommyhood, blondeness and her faith, I wasn't surprised when the two things she wanted most were pink and glitter! I love the bokeh chevron she requested on her custom designed slideshow, the gold glitter social media icons and of course the glitter and pink header! I hope you love your new look, Ali!! :)

Coral, Beige and Gray Blog Design

Angela is one of my favorite people that I've never met. We've connected through years and years of blogging and I was super excited when she asked me to give her blog a refresh. She has the most adorable little family and she wanted her blog to be fresh and light and really simple so that her family photos were the main attraction.

This is the color palette she sent me to work with...

And this is the final product!

I think we both love the way it turned out! Thanks again, Ang!! :)

A Rustic Yellow and Cobalt Blue Wedding

Gillian and Brennan had their stunning wedding in the mountains of Vermont, one of my favorite places from my childhood. When Gillian reached out to me for invitations I was ecstatic about her theme and her wedding style. It was pure rustic elegance and her colors were butter yellow and cobalt blue - so perfect for summer!

I kept their names bold in blue and did the rest of the text in gray with a subtle yellow graphic behind. A yellow invitation mat finished off the main piece and then the rest of the suite was designed to match.

I also created a matching program using the same elements from the invitation.

And to top things off, we went ahead and did matching custom beer bottle labels! Because, really - what wedding would be complete without matching beer labels?! Brennan & Gillian brewed their own beer for the wedding so I designed a beer called "Brillian's Brews" (combining their two names) in the flavors they had brewed! I'm sure this was one of the hits of the party!

Congratulations, Brennan & Gillian!! Also - how gorgeous are they?

Fall-Themed First Birthday Invitation

This project for a set of twins was a first and combined a few of my favorite things on earth - babies and FALL! I was so excited to design my first ever birthday invitations for the cutest little twins you've ever seen! Amit is throwing a fall-themed party for her babies so of course we did lots of orange and brown and pumpkins!

Blue and Orange Custom Blog Design

Jessica reached out to me to redesign her family blog. Her main request was a punch of bold, bright colors which mirrored her busy life with three babies! This is the inspiration palette she sent me:

And here is what we came up with:

I even included five little flowers in her header to represent each member of her family. I love the bold and colorful look of this blog and I'm so glad Jessica does, too!

Custom Birth Announcement {Baby Boy}

One of my dearest girlfriends recently gave birth to her first baby. Gavin is simply adorable if you can't tell from this picture! I was thrilled she asked me to custom-design his birth announcement and I used his little owl hat as inspiration for the colors and the style. How precious is he?!

Pink and Silver Glitter Blog Design

This design is definitely one of my favorites! Autumn wanted a girly and fun design to document her journey from Mrs. to Mom. She loved the look of an engagement ring intertwined with a pacifier and I thought it was just adorable! We used subtle girly colors but made up for it with LOTS of glitter ;)

Garden Themed Wedding

When Brandi from As You Wish events reached out to me to participate in a stylized shoot, I literally (and figuratively) JUMPED at the opportunity. Not to mention, she had me at the words "Secret Garden"... SWOON!!!

I created a beautiful suite for Brandi's shoot and spared no expense. The suite had several enclosures, rounded corners on the invitations, a beautiful understated blush pink graphic, a gorgeous print pattern on the back of the program and everything was bundled with lace and an antique skeleton key to get the whole theme across.

I was seriously in LOVE with this suite. Even my printer said it was one of her Top 10 favorite invitations EVER!!! For more pictures, visit The Bride's Cafe!

Custom Blog Design :: A Nelson's Nest

Ashley contacted me wanting a sweet and simple look for her blog. She's a mama to one gorgeous girl and a little boy on the way so she wanted her blog to be family-oriented, refreshing and a fun space for her to write about their life. She sent me a beautiful color palette of beiges and lavenders and I love where we ended up!

Thanks again, Ashley! :)

Custom Monogram Notecards

Katie won a blog giveaway I hosted with a sponsor and asked me to design some adorable monogrammed note cards for her. She was so fun and easy to work with... her only two requests were that we use coral and mint! Love the way these turned out! :)

Nautical Crab Baby Shower Invitation

One of my closest friends is having her first baby boy this summer. Since she her and her hubby live in Maryland (where he was born and raised), another girlfriend and I decided to host a "Baby Cocktail" with a Nautical/Crab theme to welcome the newest little guy of our group!

These invitations could not have been cuter and could definitely be used for a bridal shower or crab-themed summer BBQ, birthday party, etc!

Jamie Lynn's Custom Personal Blog Design

Jamie Lynn contacted me to refresh her blog design. She wanted a fresh, clean look and her only real requirement was that it match this color palette:

I loved the muted earth tones and thought a fun header image with coordinating sidebar labels along with a neutral background would really compliment and complete the look she was going for!

Luau Birthday Party

My daughter recently turned one and I knew I wanted to throw her a luau-inspired birthday party before she was even born. I created all the paper materials myself... The Invitations, food labels, stickers for decor, photo banner and gift tag labels for favors. I had a palm tree icon and specific color palette and fonts that I used throughout the whole suite so that everything coordinated perfectly. I loved the way everything turned out and it was such a fun celebration for my sweet girl!

And of course, a custom thank you note with a picture from the party!

Personalized Baby Stationery

I posted a picture of my son's personalized stationery on Instagram one day and almost immediately Amanda emailed me saying she wanted some for her little boy, Sloan. She mentioned the words "Chevron" and "Ombre" and I took her direction, added a twist of lime, and we had a winner!
Such a sweet idea for a new baby gift, first birthday, or shower! I mean, kiddos need personalized stationery too, right?! :)

Carnival First Birthday Invitations

I had so much fun working on these custom "Carnival" themed pieces for little Marco's first birthday! He is just the cutest little guy and I joke with his Mama that he's going to be my future Son-In-Law!

Amber wanted classic carnival colors for the invitation.

I also created a coordinating label that she stuck onto large lollipops as a favor for all their guests!
Such a fun party theme for a first birthday! Happy First Birthday, Marco!! :)

Shabby Chic First Birthday Invitation

I didn't realize how many kiddos are turning one this summer until all these first birthday invitations started coming out of the woodwork!

Mindi asked me to custom design a rustic "shabby chic" invitation for her princess Reagan who is turning one this month. It was so. much. fun. to play with graphics and fonts and make this invitation! It was more "artistic" than I usually go, but I had a blast and I hope Mindi (and Reagan!) love it as much as I do :)

Bible Verse Printables for The Christian Blonde

I have worked with Alexandra in the past and she contacted me again for custom Bible Verse printables that she wanted to offer her readers! I thought this was such a sweet idea and since she anticipated most of the printables going in nurserys or play rooms, we decided to do two "girl-themed" ones and two for boys.

Seriously, how cute?!

Our Love Nest Blog Custom Blog Design

My dear friend Pam is a long-time blogger and expecting her first little baby that I can't wait to just love all over! From writing about planning a wedding, newlywed life and going out with friends to what will quickly be diapers, bottles and all things baby, she asked me to freshen up her blog with a twist on what will soon be her new lifestyle.

We picked a light and trendy color palette that she loved for summer and added some custom social media icon buttons within easy sight and reach. The simple quatrefoil background was the icing on the cake! I love how clean and welcoming her new blog design is!

Where The Wild Things Are First Birthday Invitation

My friend Ashley had the cutest theme in mind for her little guy's first birthday... Where The Wild Things Are! SO different and unique, that of course he needed a custom invitation!

She took the most adorable picture of Mac wearing a little yellow crown and everything. I was able to find a similar font used in the book and used a birch tree image as inspiration for the backdrop. One of my favorite birthday invitations to date!

Happy 1st Birthday, Mac!

I Love You More Than Carrots Reviews Custom Blog Design

Ashley wanted a clean and simple look for her reviews blog. I did a play on her personal blog design so her readers would know they were "related" but gave it a bit of a lift with a clean linen background and an organized, fresh layout. Add a couple custom sidebar widgets and we were good to go!
