Custom Monogram Notecards

Katie won a blog giveaway I hosted with a sponsor and asked me to design some adorable monogrammed note cards for her. She was so fun and easy to work with... her only two requests were that we use coral and mint! Love the way these turned out! :)

Everlylane Design Logo

Jess over at Everlylane Design makes the most gorgeous tassel garlands... really, I don't know how she does it. If I could I would hang one in every room of my house!

I mean, just look!

So it was no surprise that when she was looking for a refreshed logo her main requirement was "glitter" haha ;) It took a couple tries but we finally settled on something simple that still makes a statement:

Thanks for letting me be a part of your re-brand, Jess!

Melissa Manzione Photography Logo Design

Melissa is one of my closest friends and I have created a photography logo for her before. But she wanted a refresh and re-branding that would set her apart more and was more personalized to her photography style. We worked for weeks searching out the perfect fonts, images and arrangements but in the end we nailed it and Melis was thrilled with the outcome!

Lights & Love for Sandy Hook

After the tragic massacre that occurred earlier this month in Newtown, CT, my friend Ashley knew she wanted to do something to brighten the lives of the survivors and their families.

She came up with the idea to have a nightlight drive and send nightlights to all the little boys and girls whose innocence was stolen from them so quickly, and at such a young age. Ashley writes that she hopes "these night lights to serve as tiny beacons of hope and comfort for those children, families and friends affected by the tragic and devastating events at Sandy Hook Elementary."

When Ashley asked me to create a graphic for the drive, I was more than honored to do so and jumped at the chance. It seems like such a small gesture, but hopefully these little gifts of light and hope will bring a smile to a child's face.

You can read more about the nightlight drive on Ashley's blog.

Winter Wedding: Rasha & Josh

Rasha is my oldest and dearest friend... we met in kindergarten if you can even believe that! She wanted an olive tree as the main focal point on their invitation and the colors we decided on were olive green, cream, and gold. They turned out perfectly and I even created a little logo to match for her guest favors!

Kyran's Birthday

Hard to believe our little boy turned one! I took it upon myself to create a masterpiece of a birthday party (all this while being 8 months pregnant, mind you), and I think it was a success! My husband is a huge baseball fan and since Kyran is born in the beginning of summer, we thought a baseball-themed party would be perfectly appropriate!

Here are all the details, including the invitation, thank you note, banners, and labels... all of which were created and assembled by yours truly :)

Special thanks to my bestie, Melissa Manzione for all the beautiful pictures!! :)

Melissa Manzione Photography Logo

You may notice that a lot (ok, EVERY) photograph on my website of our family is from one photographer. Melissa Manzione is one of my dearest friends and I have known her for years... it's been amazing watching her talent and her business grow and expand and today, she is such a well-known photographer in our area and very coveted!

I was thrilled when Melissa asked me to help her re-brand her photography logo. It took a few tries but we nailed down the vision she had in mind and I think we're both loving the final piece!

Robert & Taylor's Wedding Logo

My brother-in-law and future sister-in-law asked me to create a logo for them to use on many of their wedding materials. If you remember from their engagement invitations, Taylor's colors are pink and green so I came up with an adorable logo for them to use on gift bags, wine labels, and more!

Business Logo Design: Bolt Marketing

My friend Pam recently started her own marketing company and needed a fresh new logo to brand herself. We worked hard to come up with something light, trendy and professional that would really showcase both her brand and her personality. I think we hit the nail on the head, and Pam is so pleased with her new "face"!

Amanda Joy Photography

Amanda wanted a fresh logo, complete with a trendy watermark to personalize and brand all her photos. Instead of using graphics or images, we went for a heavy font that has a personality all on its own.

Krista Lee's Stationery

A friend of mine asked me to create monogrammed stationery for her sister-in-law. I love the colors she picked, and "preppy" style she wanted came together so well.

LLS Flyer 2

I was recently asked to create another virtual flyer for a Leukemia & Lymphoma Baseball event at my husband's alma mater, Woodson High School. Of course, I was happy to do it and the event ended up being a huge success... with over $2,000 collected in donations!

LLS Flyer 2

I had the pleasure of creating another flyer for one of the Leukemia & Lymphoma's Fund-raising efforts for this year's Man & Woman of the Year Campain!

LLS Virtual Flyer

Last year, I assisted in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Man & Woman of the Year Campaign. One of my good friends was a candidate and my husband and I were on the campaign team, going to numerous events and social gatherings trying to raise as much money as possible to help LLS' efforts in the fight against Blood Cancers. We put up a valiant effort, and our friend Andrew ended up coming in as the 3rd Runner Up, and our campaign team raised over $40,000.

The campaign begins again this spring, and although I'm not on a team again, I was touched when I was asked to design this virtual flyer for one of the preliminary fund-raising events, co-hosted by Andrew and last year's Man of the Year.

To help LLS' efforts, donate to their cause at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Website.

Eve's Personalized Stationery

As I mentioned last week, my friend Eve and her hubby are moving to Japan within the next couple days. As part of her going-away gift, I designed her a Cherry Blossom-themed blog so that she could keep all her friends and family updated with their adventures. Well, unbeknownst to Eve, I also had another little gift for her. I also created some personalized stationery that matched the theme of her blog... so she has no excuse to write me endless notes and letters :)

I just love the way these turned out, and I think Eve did, too!

The Japanese Life of a Military Wife -- Blog Layout

One of my dearest friends is moving to Okinawa, Japan next month for three years due to her husband's station with the Marine Corps. I will miss them both terribly, and thought... what is a better way to keep up with their new, fascinating lives than for her to start a blog of her own?!

As long as I've known Eve, her favorite color is pink, so I wanted her blog layout to represent her personality as much as possible. I think the straw mat background, Japanese Cherry Blossoms, and pink accents do the job perfectly. CLICK HERE to see her full blog!

Happy travels to Eve and her wonderful Husband! I can't wait to read about all your adventures. :)
